Legal Information
Once you have chosen your device and support plan and lease plan click on the APPLY FOR LEASE where you will need to complete the lease application form. We will then carry out a Credit Check and then within 24 hours email you the lease contract for you to sign on-line. Upon receipt of the signed paperwork we will endeavour to deliver the next day or at a convenient time to suit you.
All prices exclude VAT and are quoted per week based on a three-year agreement. Lease pricing is indicative only and subject to change without further notice. Customers who choose our business lease plan can renew their agreement any time after 24 months. Customers who choose our rental plan must have some trading history of minimum 2 years and return the equipment back at end of 3 years. Direct debit payments will be collected monthly or quarterly and customers will be notified in advance about payment schedule.An Administration fee will be applied by our direct debit collector with the first payment, and is usually between £100.00 exc VAT and £165.00 exc VAT.
All offers are subject to credit status (UK Limited/PLC/LLP’s & Partnerships and sole traders) and an identity fraud check. GEEX Ltd and its agents will make enquiries to verify the information to enable fair consideration of the application. The lender reserves the right to decline an application. Please see the Citizens Advice Bureau page on ‘How lenders decide whether to give you credit’ for further information on this topic, including steps you may wish to take if your application is refused.
