Our Story
From Local IT Provider to Managed IT and Cyber Security Specialist
GEEX was founded in 2004 in Birmingham. We started doing what most IT companies do: fixing problems, setting up networks, and supplying hardware to local businesses. Over 20 years, the work changed and we changed with it.
The shift happened gradually and then very quickly. Clients started asking us to handle more. Not just fix the laptop that broke, but make sure it never broke again. Not just supply hardware, but manage the devices for the full three-year term. Not just install antivirus, but actively monitor for threats and train staff to recognise them.
The market moved toward managed services. We moved with it. GEEX One is the result — a bundled package that covers IT support, cyber security, and security awareness training at a single fixed price.
Today we support over 700 managed endpoints across 1,000+ clients. We operate nationally but remain rooted in the West Midlands, with Birmingham at the centre of everything we do.

Cyber Security
Managed EDR included in GEEX One. Cyber Essentials certification (Basic and Plus) as a standalone service. Ongoing compliance monitoring. In-house assessment and remediation.
